InBody 770 Body Composition Assessment

The scales only tell you part of the story. An InBody assessment provides additional information about your body composition and gives you another way to monitor progress.

The InBody 770 is one of the most advanced and accurate body composition scanners on the market.

Comparable to the accuracy of a DEXA scan.

What Can It Help You Track?

Body composition

Muscle mass trends

Body fat trends

Baseline measurements

Changes over time

Progress towards your goals

Why Use It?

Body weight alone may not show improvements in muscle mass and body fat. Regular measurements can help you establish a baseline, monitor trends and make more informed decisions about training and nutrition.

Do not obsess over one reading. Look at the trend and the progress you make over time.

Your results, explained

As part of our onboarding process we offer a detailed consultation alongside the InBody 770 assessment, to enable clients to understand the details from the scan, so to effectively move forward after their assessment.

During this consultation topics such as diet, supplementation, hydration and stress are usually covered, however the topics revolve around the clients specific goals, therefore vary from client to client.

Diet Supplementation Hydration Stress

It’s far from a one size fits all assessment.

Look at the trend, not just the scales
