Understand how your body moves. Train with purpose.

A Masters Fitness Biomechanical Assessment looks beyond individual exercises to assess how your body moves as a whole.
We examine posture, mobility, stability, muscular function and fundamental movement patterns to identify restrictions, weaknesses and compensations that may be affecting your training.
Standing posture and overall alignment, including the feet, knees, hips, pelvis, spine and shoulders.
How your body performs fundamental movements and how efficiently different areas work together.
Assessment of the seven key movement patterns: squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist and gait.
Your ability to stabilise the pelvis and spine, control movement and maintain position under challenge.
Key joints and muscle groups are assessed to identify restrictions that may limit movement or technique.
How well you control your body, including differences between your left and right sides.
[DANIEL TO CONFIRM: the Primal Pattern Testing text says "push" but this list says "Press". Which one?]

We explain what we have found, what it means for your training and which areas should become priorities. This provides a clearer foundation for exercise selection, mobility work, corrective strategies and programme design that will lead your exercise sessions.
